Kian Shahidi brings over 23 years of proven Project Management experience, leading complex technology and modernizations. Deliverying high-impact initiatives at $150M across a diverse range of industries including government, law enforcement, aviation, public transportation, entertainment, and finance. His portfolio spans large-scale infrastructure builds, cloud migrations, cybersecurity implementations, ERP/CRM system rollouts, and mission-critical modernization efforts.

Viewing his work as deeply personal, and exhastive, all have one common thread. Kian is passionate about serving the public, and strategically guiding modernization. In every role, Kian has consistently delivered projects on time and under budget while managing expectations, developing high performing cross-functional teams, navigating regulatory requirements, and aligning technical strategy with business goals.
